All orders are dispatched from Australia during business days (Monday to Friday, AEST). Most orders ship within 1–2 business days if items are in stock. For items made to order, dispatch may take 2–5 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, the following delivery time apply:
Australia metro areas: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Australia rural areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch
International: 5–10 business days after dispatch (customs clearance may add extra time)
Please note: orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs fees, or duties charged by your local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Kooshy cannot accept responsibility for these fees.
All delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Delays can occur that are outside of our control, so refunds or cancellations cannot be offered for late deliveries.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to the carrier’s website for updates.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays may take an additional 1–2 business days to dispatch.
Our order process begins as soon as you submit your order, which means we may not be able to make changes to your order (address, size, colour, removing items, etc.).
During peak periods (May–Aug and Nov–Jan), processing delays of up to 5 business days may occur. Contact us first if your order is urgent.
Deliveries within Australia may require a signature. If you’re unavailable, your order will be left at the nearest Australia Post for collection, and you’ll receive a notification.
For international deliveries, Kooshy is not responsible for any customs fees or duties charged in your country.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Click & Collect addresses.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty (see our Return Policy).
Kooshy is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. If an item is unavailable or your order cannot be fulfilled, we’ll notify you within 2 business days with options for backorder, refund, or replacement.
We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If parcels are returned to us, we can re-dispatch (additional shipping costs apply).
