Return Conditions

The following conditions must be met:

Purchased within the last 30 days. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Unworn, undamaged and unmarked. In its original condition and in the original packaging intact, with all the labelling, boxes, tags.
All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or further exchanged.
Items marked 'No Returns' cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

(1) Sign into your Account. Find and click the order in you want to return, then click the "Request return" button.

(2) Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and click "Request return” button.

(3) Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with your Return Authorisation Number and instructions to generate your return label. Please note that your return will not be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number.

(4) Print and securely attach the return label to the outside of your package.

(5) Drop off the parcel at a Post Office.

Refunds

We are not responsible for return postage costs for both exchanges or returns for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If ‘Free Shipping’ option was used for the original order, your refund will exclude the standard delivery fee of $11.90 AUD for domestic orders, $32 NZD for NZ orders, $29 USD for USA order, £29 for UK orders or AU$59.00 for the rest of the world.

Please note that we are unable to facilitate direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another size, colour or style, you will need to place a new order and return the original product for a refund.

Once returned goods have been received, they will be accessed for refund eligibility. This process can take 2-4 business days. You will be notified by email if the refund is approved and it will then be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will appear in your account approximately 2-4 business days after it has been processed.

If we receive products and assess them as not being eligible for a refund we will contact you and return those items to you at your cost. These items will incur a postage charge. All efforts will be made to contact you, however, if we do not hear from you within 30 days we reserve the right to dispose of your items.

Please note that products purchased online that are marked as "No Returns" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
